Meet Our Owner, Josh

I was born and raised in central Ohio, growing up in Worthington with my family and now raising my own family in Westerville. I was taught to work hard and not give up, which I attribute my success to. Although By-Lions Home Inspections was established in 1992, I took ownership in 2015 and continued growing the company each year.

My dedication to my clients to provide an honest and positive experience comes from my upbringing and Christian faith. I believe that good communication is one of the keys to success, so I give the best communication to my clients. From scheduling your inspection in the beginning to answering questions about your report, I am always available.

I am a licensed home inspector in the State of Ohio. I am a member of the American Society of Home Inspectors (ASHI) and participate in continuing education and conferences annually to stay on top of the home inspection standards and trends. I am licensed in the state of Ohio as a Wood Destroying Insect inspector, while my wife carries the license for Radon Testing.

We are a family-owned and -operated business servicing Central Ohio. My wife, Beth, and I are the owners of By-Lions Home Inspections. We grew up in Worthington and have been married for ten years. We have three children and a dog named Harper. When we aren’t in the field working hard for our clients, you can find us enjoying time outside gardening or hiking together. Being family-owned, we are dedicated to giving families the service they deserve.
